Sure, you were surprised to hear Tyler, the Creator's “Yonkers” smack dab in the middle of Power 106 DJ Felli Fel's four-hour nighttime mixshow, instead of tucked away in Sunday's midnight “Wake Up Show,” but what if you heard him in a jazz club?

Matt Tavares, whose neglected MySpace says he's from Ontario, CA, and hints at his being the next Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, rounded up some very talented friends for the “Odd Future Sessions Part 1.” An eight minute jazz exploration of two songs from Tyler's Bastard, as well as Gucci Mane's “Lemonade” (re-imagined by OF as “Orange Juice”), pianist Tavares, along with bassist Chester Hansen and Alex Sowinski in a pig mask on the drums (oh, they know the way to Tyler's twisted little teenage heart), make Odd Future family friendly. And Gucci Mane classy!
