Camélia in DTLA is celebrating its second anniversary from Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 10, with five nights of by-the-glass pours featuring some of the wine world’s most respected producers. The team is pouring by the half- and full-glass, offering a rare chance to try wines usually reserved for the bottle list.

Each night highlights a different lineup:

  • Monday, July 6: Champagne heavy hitters Cédric Bouchard and Bérêche, including Bouchard’s cult-status La Bolorée, an exceptionally rare Pinot Blanc Champagne.
  • Tuesday, July 7: Japanese winemakers Domaine Takahiko (the restaurant secured just one bottle), Chanterêves, and Chisa Bize.
  • Wednesday, July 8: Jura producer Michel Gahier.
  • Thursday, July 9: Alice et Olivier de Moor, the trailblazing Chablis producers beloved by natural wine enthusiasts.
  • Friday, July 10: Burgundy classics from Hubert Lamy, Sylvain Pataille, and Michel Lafarge.

Also on Monday, July 13, sister restaurant OTOTO will host a one-night-only Yoonycat’s Burger Pop-Up from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Beginning on Tuesday, July 7, Culina will launch  Pizza & Wine Nights, a new summer collaboration between Culina and Pizzeria Sei. The four consecutive Tuesday-evening pop-ups on its garden patio will bring Chef William Joo’s popular Tokyo-style Neapolitan pizzas to Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. The residency will debut an exclusive Culina x Sei White Capricciosa, available only during the series, featuring artichoke, olives, capers, smoked provola, mushrooms, sun-dried tomato, prosciutto cotto, and basil.

Each evening will also feature rotating seasonal appetizers and sides from Executive Chef Jesus Medina, a curated selection of Italian wines, and a dessert pizza by Executive Pastry Chef Riccardo Menicucci with Sicilian pistachios, roasted cherries, and dark chocolate.
