This Sunday, Super Bowl XLVIII pits NFL's top defensive team against its top offensive team as the Seattle Seahawks take on the Denver Broncos. If you're not afraid of a little trash talking (à la Richard Sherman), watch these preseason favorites go head-to-head at these 8 Super Bowl parties where you'll find plenty of flat screens, affordable football fare and drinks as stiff as the competition.

The Bungalow
The Bungalow in Santa Monica is hosting a viewing party, parking lot BBQ and pig roast by FIG chef Ray Garcia (70 lbs. of pork means a lot of tacos to go around). From 2-10 p.m. catch the game on multiple screens throughout the indoor/outdoor venue, and stay hydrated with Bungalow's sangria, margaritas and specialty cocktails. Reservations are recommended. 101 Wilshire Blvd., Santa Monica; 310-899-8530.

Rock & Reilly's Irish Pub

The pre-game party starts at 11:30 a.m. with party platters and buckets of beer specials. For a little extra friendly competition, join in on their free Stuper Bowl Drinking Bingo with a chance to win free drinks and gift cards. The fun lasts until 5 p.m. 8911 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood; 310-360-1400.

Bludso's Bar-&-Q
For Super Bowl 2014, Bludso's is celebrating with $20 all-you-can-drink draft beer and a full menu of Kevin Bludso-barbecued meats and fixings. The beer will be flowing as the Broncos and Seahawks matchup plays on 10 different screens, and you'll find Pabst Blue Ribbon, Black Market Hefeweizen, Racer 5 and Scrimshaw Pilsner on tap. We've also heard rumors of a special cocktail menu and maybe even a few Jell-O shots. Seating starts as early as 2:30 and reservations are strongly encouraged. 609 N. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles; 323-931-2583.
