33-Year-Old Motorcyclist Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision near 19th Avenue

PHOENIX, AZ (October 5, 2023) – Thursday evening, September 28th, a motorcycle accident claimed the life of Ulisses Torres on Indian School Road.

Around 10:00 p.m., officers arrived at the scene located near 19th Avenue. According to preliminary reports, Torres was navigating his motorcycle through a green traffic signal on 19th Avenue when a vehicle executed a left turn, resulting in a collision between the two vehicles.

Medical personnel were dispatched to the scene and rushed the 33-year-old Torres to a nearby hospital. Despite their efforts, he later succumbed to his injuries.

Furthermore, the female driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Law enforcement officials reported that she displayed no signs of impairment.
