23-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Collision near Grayson Road

MODESTO, CA (October 19, 2023) – Monday evening, Tymon Bolden lost his life in a pedestrian accident on Carpenter Road.

Around 9:30 p.m., law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, located in the northbound lanes just north of Grayson Road.

According to reports, a 2002 BMW driver was traveling at a speed between 55 to 60 miles per hour when the vehicle struck a pedestrian. Investigators determined that the victim was hit on the right front side of the vehicle.

Crews say 23-year-old Bolden from Newman passed away while en route to Doctor’s Medical Center in Modesto. In the meantime, the driver of the BMW stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation, although their identity has not yet been disclosed by authorities.
