Manhattan's Abigaile will open its kitchen to chefs from around the city for each to create courses that celebrate their personal style. Guests include Bernhard Mairinger of BierBeisl, Lara Mandracchia of Cake Bakeshop, Meg Hall of Made by Meg Catering and
John-Carlos Kuramoto of Michael's Santa Monica.

Young Folks Family Supper at Good Girl Dinette
Young Folks Urban Farmers, a collective of urban agriculture advocates, hosts its yearly fundraiser dinner at Diep Tran's Highland Park bistro Good Girl Dinette. A menu of fresh goat cheese and pickled root vegetables, a seasonal salad, roasted squash and sage risotto, and an apple crisp with vanilla-lavender whipped cream will be served.

Tamale Cooking Class at Chichen Itza
Chef Gilberto Cetina of Chichen Itza teaches student how to prepare succulent, banana leaf-wrapped, Yucatán-style tamales. A four-course, tamale-centric meal will be served after the class.

Craft in America's Gingerbread Skid Row Street Scene
Sienna DeGovia, Los Angeles artist and food stylist, will be creating a Gingerbread version of a Skid Row Street Corner, live in the Craft in American Study Center window, in order to raise awareness of homelessness issues in L.A.
