Stephen Ray Mandoki Involved in Fatal Pedestrian Accident near Imperial Way

CARSON CITY, NV (September 28, 2022) – Early Saturday night, Thomas William Le Clair was killed in a pedestrian collision on College Parkway.

The accident occurred around 6:00 p.m., near Imperial Way and College Parkway.

According to reports, Le Clair attempted to cross College Parkway outside of a marked crosswalk when he was struck by a GMC truck, driven by Stephen Ray Mandoki, for reasons unknown.

Despite life-saving efforts, first responders arrived and pronounced Thomas William Le Clair dead at the scene.

Following preliminary investigations, authorities are unsure if drugs or alcohol played a role in the collision.

Both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties. No further information regarding the fatal pedestrian crash on College Parkway is available at this time. However, an active investigation is currently underway.
