Michele StuevenCercle Odyssey, the world’s first large-scale 360-degree nomadic concert experience, is coming to LA from Wednesday, May 7, through Sunday, May 11, at the LA Convention Center. Redefining the boundaries of music and visual storytelling, the live performance series brings together artists known for merging sound and visuals into deeply immersive experiences.
Sort of a combination of the immersive Van Gogh experience and the Vegas sphere, Cercle Odyssey focuses more on nature-inspired images instead of futuristic projections that are designed to create a more emotional experience.
Moby will take the stage for his only live show of 2025, alongside the visionary Australian electronic duo Empire of the Sun, whose performance will feature a visual narrative entirely co-created with their creative team. Also performing are Paris-based ambient electronic duo The Blaze and British producer-composer Paul Kalkbrenner, with the final artist soon to be announced.

Cercle Odyssey is conceived and directed by founder and creative director, Derek Barbolla. A nomadic experience, Cercle Odyssey unfolds across three global capitals, Mexico City, Los Angeles and Paris, transforming each location into a surrounding audiovisual environment. Over five days in each city, two concerts take place per day, welcoming up to 5,000 attendees per show. The performances are set within a 2,300m² canvas screen, creating a fully immersive experience.
Each performance is a collaborative creative endeavor between Cercle and the artist, merging music, narrative, and visuals to craft a unique experience. Unlike traditional festivals or concerts, Cercle Odyssey transports audiences into a journey where sound, storytelling, and scenography unite in a single vision.
Cercle Odyssey embarks on an artistic voyage that reimagines the concert experience. Inspired by Homer’s Odyssey, the innovative format brings nature and heritage directly to audiences in urban centers, rather than taking audiences to remote landscapes as Cercle shows have done in the past.

Film director Neels Castillon, known for his storytelling and evocative visual artistry, leads the cinematographic direction. His work on Cercle Odyssey aims to explore humanity’s connection to nature through a blend of visual poetry, live music, and expansive 360° projections, making Cercle Odyssey far more than a concert or festival, but a new form of artistic expression.
