It’s getting down to the wire, but there are still some seats left at Thanksgiving tables around town.

The Sunset Marquis Hotel will have a festive multi-course menu at its award-winning Cavatina, created by Executive Chef Luis Morales, on Thursday, Nov.  28, from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m..

Main course options include heritage turkey two ways (slow roasted breast and confit leg hash with sweet potato purée and brown butter sage gravy), slow-braised Wagyu short rib (with celery root puree and maitake mushrooms), butter-poached Alaskan halibut, or kabocha tortellini in lemongrass brown butter, za’atar honey carrots, sourdough and sage stuffing doughnuts with figs and almonds, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes and cranberry tamarind relish are sides for the table. Mini desserts for the table include pumpkin cheesecake verrine with bourbon white chocolate mousse, bittersweet chocolate and candied Cajeta tarts, orange olive oil cake, and cranberry yuzu sorbet.
