Tyler Baltierra was featured as a teen parent on MTV’s long-running reality television show Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, alongside his now wife, Catelynn Lowell. Baltierra launched his OnlyFans account back in 2023 after his wife urged him to. In an interview about the decision, Lowell said: “I would constantly bring it up, like, ‘Dude, you should just start an OnlyFans. People are ooh-ing and ah-ing all the time, we should charge them for this…and one day I just pulled the trigger and signed him up.”
Baltierra did well on the platform, claiming to have been in the top 1% of creators on the platform and making over six figures from it. But despite his success, he recently revealed that he shut it down a few months ago. The reveal came on Instagram, after a follower had asked what happened to it.
“I’m not on OF and haven’t been for a while,” Baltierra said.
When asked why, he admitted that he thought it was affecting his relationship with his biological daughter Carly and her parents, Brandon and Teresa Davis. The Davises adopted Carly, the child that initially landed the birth parents on the show Teen Mom. It was supposed to be an open adoption, but the adoptive parents cut off contact. It was speculated that the decision was due in part to the OnlyFans account.
“IDK, I’ll prolly just move back into a trailer park where I belong,” Baltierra replied. “And as far as B&T go, I couldn’t please them or get their approval if I was damn Mother Teresa herself lol. Besides, I refuse to live my life trying to live up to anyone’s expectations besides my own!”
And later that year, Baltierra doubled down on the idea that OnlyFans was the reason behind the estrangement between him and the adoptive parents, insisting on an Instagram live that it was in no way involved.
Whatever the reason, Baltierra’s OnlyFans account is officially gone — as are all the more titillating social media content he created to promote it. It’s unclear if this change of heart will be enough for Carly’s parents to change their minds. For now, Baltierra and Lowell will have to find their income elsewhere as they care for the other two children that they have together.
