Tray: Initially, my journeys to Dubai were purely for vacation. But it wasn’t long before I recognized the immense potential that Dubai held for me personally and professionally. The energy of the city is infectious, and as I began to meet new people and establish connections, I realized there was a unique space for my brand here.

Q2: Dubai’s allure is undeniable. What aspects of the city do you find most enchanting?

Tray: First off, Dubai’s beauty is simply breathtaking. It’s almost surreal to witness the scale and speed at which this city has blossomed into a global icon—it’s inspiring. But beyond the stunning architecture, what truly sets Dubai apart for me are the people and the boundless opportunities it presents. There’s an undeniable sense of ambition and drive here that’s infectious; it’s a place that not only welcomes you with open arms but also rewards hard work and innovation. Being in Dubai gives you the feeling that anything is possible if you’re willing to put in the work.

Q3: Cultural relevance is crucial in content creation. How do you ensure your material resonates with a diverse, international audience, particularly in the Middle East?

Tray: Respect for the culture and the people is paramount. I hold a deep belief that kindness and respect are key, and these principles are the foundation of both my content and business pursuits. I also believe that there’s a universal longing for positive energy—something that transcends boundaries and cultures—and that’s exactly what I try to share with my audience.

Q4: With such a vast family following on YouTube, how do you balance the content between platforms while expanding your personal brand?

Tray: It’s truly a matter of sacrifice. Balancing the demands of the family business while simultaneously building my personal brand and launching new ventures requires me to invest virtually all of my free time. But it’s a sacrifice I embrace wholeheartedly. My passion for what I’m building, and the joy I find in the process, make the trade-off a rewarding one.

Q5: As someone who has successfully harnessed the power of social media, what emerging trends do you see shaping the future of content creation?

Tray: As content creators and influencers, we’re at the forefront of a revolution in advertising and marketing, steering away from traditional methods towards a landscape where engagement and authenticity rule. Big companies are quickly realizing that to stay relevant, they need to adjust and incorporate influencer collaborations into their marketing strategies.

Looking ahead, I see influencers gaining unprecedented leverage, harnessing their followings to not only endorse products but to launch and scale their own ventures. This shift is poised to challenge established conglomerates, as influencer-led brands grow and start to command significant market share. We’re moving towards an exciting era where the creators become the architects of the next generation of powerhouse brands.

Q6: There’s a lot of curiosity about the evolution of the Tray Rush brand. What exciting developments can your followers anticipate in the near future?

Tray: I’m extremely excited about the trajectory of my personal brand. There’s a multitude of projects in the pipeline that I’m deeply passionate about, each one aligning with my mission to uplift and inspire.

A project close to my heart is my upcoming self-help app, Life Unlimited, set to launch in 2024. This venture taps into my core calling—helping others realize their full potential while overcoming their personal struggles. It’s not just an app; it’s a gateway to personal transformation, and I can’t wait for people to experience it.

Then there’s this product I’m working on, which is slated for release next year as well. While I can’t talk about the details for now, I can assure you it’s going to be something big.

Lastly, I just finished writing my first book, which will be hitting shelves in the latter half of 2024. It’s another avenue for me to share my vision and voice with a wider audience.

Q7: Let’s end with something for the aspiring content creators who look up to you. What advice can you offer for building a personal brand that transcends borders?

Tray: When it comes to business, my advice is to let your passions lead the way. Focusing only on views and revenue might bring temporary success, but it’s the integration of your values and interests that creates lasting impact and fulfillment. When you prioritize being a positive influence, not only does your work become more meaningful, but it also opens the door to for long-term success and personal satisfaction
