It looks like the RV-based pot shop that got so much attention in the Inland Empire recently, and which ultimately faced a possible restraining order in the town where it parked, has moved on to a location in unincorporated Riverside County. But the rolling pot shop, a 1985 Pace Arrow, is still probably on shaky legal ground. Riverside County has a ban on medical marijuana dispensaries.

A Riverside County District Attorney's office spokesman told the Press-Enterprise newspaper that just because the Lakeview Collective is on four wheels doesn't mean its immune from the pot-shop ban. But Kris Hermes, spokesman for Americans for Safe Access, said the RV might have a case:

” … It naturally provides a service to patients with mobility issues. So it stands to reason that delivery services, as long as they operate according to state law, legally can,”
