62-Year-Old Man Fatally Injured in Motorcycle Accident near Hermosa Drive

PALM SPRINGS, CA (March 26, 2024) Robert Kerman died Wednesday night in an SUV vs motorcycle collision on East Amado Road and Hermosa Avenue. The incident occurred at approximately 9:22 p.m., near Casa Verde.

Investigators have stated that a vehicle seemed to be in the process of turning when the collision occurred. Emergency medical services took the 62-year-old male motorcyclist to Desert Regional Medical Center, where he passed away due to his injuries.

Officers later identified the deceased as 62-year-old Kerman from Palm Desert. To facilitate investigation procedures, Palm Springs Authorities have shut down East Amado Road between Sunrise Parkway and Avenida Caballeros.
