The second edition of Don’t Fall In Love Fest landed at NOS Event Center last Saturday, November 22, drawing thousands for a full day of cross-genre music and community celebration.
Organized by Jesús Ortiz Paz (JOP) of Fuerza Regida in partnership with Bobby Dee Presents and the NOS Event Center, the all-ages event featured two large stages, food vendors, attractions and family-friendly activities.
The lineup blended música Mexicana, hip-hop, and West Coast classics, with performances from headliners Future and Fuerza Regida alongside Banda MS, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Neton Vega, Chief Keef, Clave Especial, Oscar Maydon, Blueface, Snow Tha Product, Lil Rob, MC Magic, Baby Bash, DJ Quik, and many more.
Several surprise collaborations electrified the crowd — Inland Empire native Travis Barker of Blink-182 joined Fuerza Regida onstage for a high-energy rendition of “Chaka.” Neton Vega appeared with Fuerza Regida for their hit “Chula Vente,” while Future brought out Ty Dolla $ign during his closing set. Fuerza Regida later capped the night with fan favorites “Tu Sancho” and “Malboro Rojo.”
“This festival is for my city and for the community,” said JOP in a release. “I always wanted to put on a show where the lineup was literally my playlist, artists I listen to, respect, and who represent where we come from.”
