Paris Hilton has gotten herself into another hairy situation.

The actress is being sued for $35 million by a hair-extension company that is claiming Hilton wore the locks of a competing company in 2008 even though she was under contract to wear its own products , according to the NY Daily News. Hairtech International Inc. accuses Hilton of violating her contract.

The company is also complaining that the hotel heiress and part-time L.A. resident lost the company $6.6 million because of her absence from a 2007 launch party for the hair extensions line because she was in jail for reckless driving.

Hilton's social life is also being targeted by Hairtech. According to the company, the socialite's partying lifestyle contradicts Hairtech's marketing campaign.

The $35 million in damages sought by Hairtech is ten times what Hilton was being paid for under the contract.
