Pedestrian Hospitalized after Collision near Benson Highway

TUCSON, AZ (September 23, 2022) – Tuesday night, one victim was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident near Palo Verde.

According to Tucson authorities, the collision happened on September 20th near Palo Verde and Benson Highway.

Furthermore, two vehicles and a pedestrian were reported to be involved in the crash. Additionally, one person sustained critical injuries, although their identity is currently unknown.

Authorities have not revealed if drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident. Moreover, the roadway was temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.

No other information regarding the pedestrian accident near Palo Verde is available at this time. An active investigation is currently underway.
