Norway's genre-defining black-metal outfit Mayhem returned stateside to perform their highly influential landmark album De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas in its entirety. On Saturday, Nov. 18, the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood played host to the unholy mass of Mayhem, with Immolation and Black Anvil in support.
