“Like a pizza that dreamed of becoming a plate of nachos but ended up flunking Spanish,” Mr. Pizza is opening another Los Angeles location. The Korean pizza chain that's wildly popular in its homeland but is more of a cross-cultural oddity in Los Angeles, is opening an outpost in Little Tokyo. It will be in the Japanese Village Plaza at 2nd and Central.

Want bacon, cooked shrimp, hamburger, corn kernels, roasted potatoes and sour cream adorning a crust stuffed with sweet yam mash? Mr. Pizza's got you covered. In the words of our favorite philosopher, Popeye, “I yam what I yam.”
