Celebrating the Mayan's discovery of cocoa for cooking, Fuego at the Hotel Maya is hosting a couples cooking class with executive chef Victor Juarez. With the chef's guidance, guests will focus on the techniques and preparation of chocolate items, culminating in a three-course chocolate lunch with a chocolate-laden salad (think: balsamic chocolate dressing), chocolate mole chicken and crepes stuffed with chocolate and other goodies.
