Motorcyclist Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision on Guava Street

MURRIETA, CA (October 24, 2022) – Thursday morning, a motorcycle crash on Jefferson Avenue claimed the life of Mason Penticoff

The fatal collision happened around 6:10 a.m., near Guava Street. 

According to reports, a southbound motorcyclist smashed into the driver’s side of a minivan that was attempting to turn left onto Jefferson Avenue. The impact of the collision ejected the rider from the motorcycle onto the road.

Emergency crews arrived and pronounced 23-year-old Penticoff, of Murrieta dead at the scene. Meanwhile, responding medical personnel transported the minivan driver to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Officials closed off the surrounding areas for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
