Male Pedestrian Pronounced Dead after Tow-Truck Collision near Farm to Market Road 1187

FORT WORTH, TX (March 26, 2024) – One unidentified man was struck and killed early Sunday, while waiting for a tow-truck on Interstate 20. The incident occurred at approximately 6:30 a.m., near Farm to Market Road 1187.

Initial inquiries indicate a minor collision occurred involving a vehicle and a semi-truck. Following the incident, both drivers were engaged in exchanging details when one of them was outside their vehicle, awaiting a tow-truck. It was during this time that a passing vehicle collided with the pedestrian, resulting in his death.
