This year may be the best excuse to keep the kitchen clean and order your Easter Sunday and Holy Week dinners in. Here are some options to keep spirits up as we usher in spring.

Maple Block Meat Co.

Maple Block Meat Co. has created a special Easter Feast package, as well as offering whole and half hams for sale. There are Berkshire hams in the smokers for Easter Feast package as well as  mimosa and michelada kits.

Every Easter Maple Block fixes up a limited amount of 100 percent peach wood-smoked boneless Berkshire hams, sides and sweets.  They typically sell just whole and half Easter hams, but this year they’ve created an Easter Sunday package that includes hand-carved Maple Block ham, buttermilk biscuits and choice of three sides ($24 per person). Just enter the number of people and your preferred time of curbside pickup or delivery (must be ordered by Friday, April 10).

The sides include potato salad, choice of creamy or vinegar slaw, and choice of ranch beans or braised greens. This year they also added a great selection of craft beer and wine, as well as mimosa and michelada kits. Michelada kits ($36) include six cans of Tecate Mexican Lager, one quart of their housemate michelada mix, fresh lime wedges and their michelada rim rub.

Additional sides like mac & cheese, cornbread, pickle plates, smoked almonds and sweets including their chocolate bread pudding and smoked chocolate chip cookies.
