  1. How excited are you to be joining Banda La Maravillosa on their US tour?

I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining Banda La Maravillosa on their US tour! It’s an incredible opportunity to showcase our music to new audiences and connect with fans across the country.

  1. How did you first find out you were selected to join the band?

After several months of discussions and negotiations, I received the exciting news just a couple weeks ago that I was selected to join Banda La Maravillosa on their US tour. It was a culmination of anticipation and hard work, and finally reaching an agreement was incredibly rewarding.

  1. Have you been to Los Angeles before? If so, what were your favorite parts?

Yes, I’ve had the privilege of visiting Los Angeles before, particularly memorable were performances with Jenni Rivera at Staples Center and with Chuy Lizarraga at the Nokia Theater. The energy of the city and the enthusiasm of the fans were unforgettable. I’m especially looking forward to reconnecting with our supportive fans in Los Angeles during this tour. Their energy and passion truly make performing in LA a memorable experience.

  1. What is your advice to other musicians out there wanting to make it big worldwide?

My advice to other musicians aspiring to make it big worldwide is to stay persistent and be musically prepared. Keep honing your craft, be open to learning, and never give up. Opportunities often arise when you’re ready for them, so stay dedicated and keep pushing forward. Remember, success doesn’t happen overnight, but with hard work and determination, doors will open, and you’ll be ready to seize those opportunities when they come your way.

  1. What about your genre of music do you love so much about?

What I love most about regional Mexican music is its rich cultural heritage woven into every note and lyric. It’s a celebration of tradition, storytelling, and community, resonating deeply with the soul and honoring the beauty and resilience of Mexican culture.

  1. When you aren’t playing music, what do you like to do?

When I’m not playing music, I still find myself drawn to activities that are connected to music in some way. Whether it’s listening to new albums, attending concerts, or even just humming melodies, music is always a part of my life. It’s more than just a hobby; it’s a passion that infuses everything I do, shaping my experiences and enriching my life in countless ways.
