Who is Kelly Roach?
Kelly Roach is one of five children, who grew up in a home with a stay-at-home mom and a dad who worked for a nonprofit organization. There wasn’t any extra money to go around in her youth, so when she wanted something, she had to work for it. She negotiated the cost of her gymnastics classes and cleaned bathrooms in exchange for dance lessons. From an early age, she learned the value of a dollar and developed a strong work ethic.
In college, Kelly worked as a cocktail waitress and a cheerleader for the NFL, hustling and creating opportunities where others missed them. Upon graduation, she took an entry-level position with a Fortune 500 company in the staffing and recruitment industry. By the time Kelly had reached age 30, she had been promoted seven times in eight years, supervising a team of 100 at 17 different locations.
