79-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Crash near South Peach Avenue

TYLER, TX (March 20, 2024) – Evencio Arellano died Monday morning in a pedestrian accident at the 1800 block of Front Street. Police officers responded to the scene around 8:40 a.m., near South Peach Avenue on March 18th.
