For decades, success has largely been defined by financial milestones. People focus on building wealth, investing wisely, and creating opportunities for future generations. Yet an important question is beginning to reshape that conversation: what is the value of wealth if health does not allow us to enjoy it?

Today, innovators are increasingly turning their attention to human health and longevity. Advances in biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and personalized medicine are opening new possibilities for maintaining energy, strength, and vitality as people age. Instead of focusing solely on treating illness, these emerging approaches aim to optimize the body’s natural systems and help individuals live healthier, longer lives.

That shift in thinking was the focus of a recent conversation on The Rhonda Swan Show Wake Up SoCal, where host Rhonda Swan spoke with David Rojas about the future of personalized medicine and his company, EvoCraft Labs™.

Rojas is an entrepreneur, investor, and biotech innovator focused on the future of longevity and human performance. He is the founder of Blue Castle Ventures and EvoCraft Labs™, where he is developing new platforms that combine biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and personalized health solutions.

During the conversation, Rojas and Swan discussed how advances in AI, peptide science, and decades of biomedical research are converging to create customized health programs designed for each individual. The goal, Rojas explained, is not simply to extend life, but to engineer vitality.

From Wall Street to Health Innovation

Swan opened the conversation by recalling the many discussions she and Rojas had shared years earlier in New York, often in the fast-paced environment surrounding Wall Street. Those conversations typically focused on wealth creation, investment strategies, and building generational prosperity.

This time, however, the discussion took a different direction.

Instead of financial portfolios, the two explored a topic that increasingly becomes important as people move through midlife: health. Rojas explained that during his years working in the financial world, he noticed a pattern among many successful professionals and investors.

Many eventually reached their financial goals, but by the time they did, their health had already begun to decline.

That realization helped shape the idea behind EvoCraft Labs™, a biotechnology company focused on bridging the gap between financial success and physical well-being.

Using Artificial Intelligence to Personalize Health

At the core of EvoCraft Labs™ is a combination of biological data and artificial intelligence. The company collects detailed health information, including blood analysis and other biomarkers, and feeds that data into AI systems capable of identifying patterns, deficiencies, and potential imbalances faster than traditional diagnostic methods.

Using this analysis, EvoCraft Labs™ develops personalized treatment protocols tailored to each individual. These programs may include peptides, bioidentical hormones, regenerative therapies, or other interventions, depending on a person’s health profile and goals.

According to Rojas, the goal is to move away from generalized treatments and toward a model where healthcare is designed specifically for each individual’s biology.

The Concept of Engineering Vitality

Rojas describes the company’s approach with a phrase he often uses: “engineering vitality.”

Rather than reacting to illness, EvoCraft Labs™ focuses on proactively optimizing the body’s biological systems through a structured three-step model called MEM: Measure, Engineer, Maintain.

The process begins by measuring the body’s current condition through comprehensive testing and data analysis. Specialists then engineer a customized protocol based on the individual’s biological profile. Finally, the system emphasizes ongoing maintenance to help sustain optimal performance over time.

Rojas envisions a future where personalized health programs could function much like a subscription service, with treatments delivered directly to individuals based on their evolving biological data.

Peptides and the Science of Longevity

Many of the treatments explored by EvoCraft Labs™ involve peptides and hormone-related therapies. Although these topics have recently gained attention in wellness discussions, the science behind them has been studied for decades.

Peptides are naturally occurring molecules in the body that help regulate critical biological functions. As people age, production of these molecules often declines, contributing to changes in energy levels, recovery, and overall physical performance.

Rojas believes modern biotechnology may offer ways to support or restore these systems, helping individuals maintain higher levels of vitality later in life.

A Research Foundation Decades in the Making

One of the scientific foundations behind EvoCraft Labs™ comes from Colombian scientist Manuel Elkin Patarroyo, known for developing the world’s first malaria vaccine.

Through collaboration with Patarroyo’s research network, EvoCraft Labs™ has gained access to a library containing more than 44,000 peptide research studies collected over several decades. These studies explore how peptides interact with different biological systems and how they may contribute to future personalized treatments.

This research base provides a strong scientific foundation as the company develops new approaches to individualized healthcare.

A Personal Story Behind the Mission

For Rojas, the company’s mission is deeply personal.

During the interview, he shared the story of his grandfather, a successful businessman who accumulated considerable financial wealth during his lifetime. Yet near the end of his life, his physical health deteriorated while his mind remained sharp.

In his final years, he expressed frustration that he still had goals and ambitions but lacked the physical ability to pursue them.

The experience left a lasting impression on Rojas and reinforced a belief that would later shape EvoCraft Labs™: health is as important as financial success.

The Future of Biological Wealth

Throughout the conversation, Swan and Rojas emphasized a broader shift in how people may begin to think about prosperity.

Financial wealth can create opportunity, but physical vitality determines whether people can fully experience it. As advances in biotechnology continue, Rojas believes biological health may become one of the most valuable assets individuals can invest in.

Looking Ahead

EvoCraft Labs™ is currently raising approximately $25 million to support research and development as it prepares to launch its next phase of growth. Its primary research facility will be located in Colombia, where regulatory conditions allow greater flexibility for early-stage scientific exploration.

At the same time, the company is pursuing regulatory pathways in the United States as it plans for future global expansion.

If successful, EvoCraft Labs™ hopes to reshape how people think about aging, shifting the focus from simply living longer to living better.

As Rojas puts it, “Your health is your biological wealth.”
