Two-Car Collision Near Roseville Road Resulted in Fatality
SACRAMENTO, CA (February 13, 2024) – Early Friday morning, a two-vehicle accident on Marconi Avenue claimed the life of a male driver.
The fatal collision occurred around 3:00 a.m. in the vicinity of Marconi Ave and Roseville Road, according to reports.
Upon the initial investigation, a collision transpired between a red SUV and a silver vehicle at the intersection. Following the impact, the SUV veered off the road, overturned, and collided with a power pole.
The first responders pronounced the male SUV driver deceased at the scene. Currently, the identity of the deceased driver is withheld from the public, pending notification from the next of kin.
Meanwhile, the second driver emerged from the incident unharmed and remained at the scene to cooperate with authorities.
In the end, Sacramento Officials closed down the Roseville Road near Marconi Avenue for investigation.
