From the owners of the Must Bar (scheduled to re-open this fall) and Perch (opening in June) comes a third venue, Coly's Stromboli, opening tomorrow. It's a casual concept that specializes in, well, stromboli. In theory, that's different than a calzone, but in practice, the terms are interchangeable. They're both pockets of dough stuffed with cheese, meat, marinara sauce and veggies. Look for the combos at Coly's to start at $6 each.
