Chef Ludovic Lefebvre veers from his French roots to cook a special paella dinner this Sunday at Domaine LA. Spanish importer José Pastor, who's known for trumpeting the more traditional wines of Spain and the Canary Islands, has curated a wine tasting of varietals that ranges from friendly and accessible to obscure and experimental.

To go along with the Spanish theme, the store's owner, Jill Bernheimer, invited perpetually busy Chef Ludo (pop-ups, TV show, family-friendly web series) cook up his take on paella.

WHEN: 5-8 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11

WHERE: Domaine LA

COST: $40 for five wines and two paellas. Reservations required.
