Two Teens Pronounced Dead after Hit-and-Run Collision near G Street

ANTIOCH, CA (January 2, 2024)Amahje Emenike and Arsenio Rabb died Friday night in a hit-and-run t-bone collision on West 6th Street and G Street.

At approximately 11:30 p.m., law enforcement officers arrived at the scene in response to an incident. According to reports, the driver of a blue four-door sedan violated a stop sign at the intersection, leading to a collision with a black Cadillac SUV that was passing through.

Subsequently, the driver of the Cadillac fled on foot from the scene. Emergency medical personnel attended to 12-year-old Rabb and 13-year-old Emenike, transporting them to a hospital where they later succumbed to their injuries.

Details about the suspect have not been disclosed by the police, and as of now, no arrests have been made.

Teachers from Emenike’s school initiated a GoFundMe page to support the mourning family with funeral expenses.
