When Torrance Seabrook looks back at her lifelong struggle with eczema, she remembers not only the frustration of endless steroid creams and temporary fixes, but also the spark that eventually shaped her business. “I was told eczema was incurable, so I felt stuck with it,” she recalled. “But after becoming a mom and seeing my child deal with the same issues, I knew I had to find a better way.”

That determination became the foundation of TGNWellness, a company she launched in early 2022. What started as small kitchen experiments, mixing natural ingredients and asking friends and coworkers to test them, grew into a business dedicated to both products and services designed to address inflammatory skin conditions. “My coworkers would tell me, ‘This actually works, you should make this a business,’” Seabrook said. “So I realized if they needed help, there had to be so many others out there who did too.”

The company’s flagship product, Soothing Body Butter, quickly became its calling card. Made with natural ingredients, it is available in both unscented and vanilla varieties. While Seabrook initially preferred keeping it unscented, since fragrance can be a trigger for many with sensitive skin, she also listened to her customers’ requests for a scented option. “It’s all about listening to people’s needs,” she explained. “That’s why we created both options.”

But for Seabrook, healing skin is just one part of a bigger picture. She knew early on that creams alone would not answer the larger questions her clients had. She said, “People would ask, ‘Okay, the body butter helps, but how do I actually heal? What foods make it worse? What can I change in my lifestyle?’” To meet that need, she expanded TGNWellness into services that guide clients through a more holistic journey.

Today, the company offers online consultations, group sessions, and memberships that provide regular access to Seabrook’s expertise. The sessions create community as much as accountability, giving people a space to share their experiences with others facing similar challenges. “Sometimes people just need to know they are not alone,” she said. “If something worked for one person, it might help another. That shared knowledge is powerful.”

In addition to her consultations, Seabrook developed digital resources to support healthier living. Her Anti-Eczema Eating Guide offers dietary strategies tailored to reducing flare-ups, while her 21 Day Raw Vegan Meal Plan empowers individuals exploring veganism. Both e-books reflect her belief that skin health connects directly to what one puts into their bodies.

Though TGNWellness began online, Seabrook is already preparing for the future. She envisions transitioning from an online-only presence to a physical flagship store, where she can bring together a team of trained wellness coaches and further her mission of community building. She is also preparing to release a new product in the coming months, expanding beyond the body butter while staying true to her customer-first philosophy.

At the core of everything TGNWellness does is a commitment to service. “We are not just here to sell products,” Seabrook emphasized. “We are here to serve people, to create a safe space for those with skin issues, and to provide guidance when they feel they have run out of options.”

Seabrook often refers to TGNWellness as a “one-stop shop” for people seeking both relief and long-term solutions. By combining carefully crafted products with educational and community-driven services, she has positioned the company as more than just a skincare brand; it’s a lifeline for those navigating the challenges of inflammatory skin conditions.

As Seabrook puts it, “The customer comes first. That’s always been my priority. When people feel seen, supported, and cared for, the business naturally grows from there.”
