Semi-Truck Accident along on Marsh Station Road near Milepost 292 Left One Hurt

TUCSON, AZ (August 17, 2022) –  Thursday afternoon, one person sustained injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Marsh Station Road.

The incident happened on August 4th, in the afternoon along Milepost 292 at Marsh Station Road.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash involved an RV and a tractor-trailer, but the events leading up to the impact are unknown.

When emergency personnel arrived at Marsh Station Road, they discovered an injured patient. The victim was then flown by helicopter to a nearby hospital for treatment. It is unclear if there were any other injuries due to the crash. Authorities have not yet released the patient’s name or current condition.

Westbound traffic in the area was diverted to State Route 90, while crews performed cleanup and preliminary duties. At this time, Tucson police are still looking into what caused the accident and will provide more information as it becomes available.
