You know when you think about the decisions you’re making and tell yourself to get more centered, and then instead of getting to yoga class you just go drink it all away with your friends? Well, now the two aren’t mutually exclusive. You can get your asana on, feel evolved — and still down some cocktails. No judgment.

Sunset Yoga & Cocktails

Following one hour of mixed-level vinyasa yoga led by Jessica Kang in the Little Tokyo Doubletree’s stunning third-level, open-air Japanese garden, have one free cocktail and some light appetizers including charcuterie platters, nuts, olives and cinnamon poached pear in the first-floor lobby bar, the Rendezvous. Thereafter, the full drink and food menus are available for purchase at regular price. Yoga mats provided. DoubleTree Los Angeles Downtown, 120 S. Los Angeles St., downtown; Fri., Sept. 9, 6 p.m.; $37.49. (213) 629-1200, eventbrite.com/e/sunset-yoga-cocktails-tickets-27215654756.

Yoga + Beer
Go big on your refusal to get too pure. Be a day drinker. This “rocking yoga class to invigorate, strengthen and restore your body” at the Dudes' Brewing Company finishes in time for you to have a pint before noon. Or you can swill a tasting flight of four 4-ounce pours instead of a standard 16-ounce pint. If you don’t feel like drinking after Samantha Wyman of Redondo Beach studio SOHO Yoga takes you through your twists and flows, you’ll pay $5 less. Bring your own mat and water. Register online. The Dude's Brewing Company, 1840 W. 208th St., Torrance; Sat., Sept. 10, 10:30 a.m.; $21.49 ($16.49 without beer). You’ll refresh with complimentary coconut water. Then you can opt for a Riot House bottomless-mimosa brunch for another $15. Tweet or Facebook your experience using #WhenInAndaz and tag Ferree (@trainerjake1) and the hotel (@AndazWeHo). Andaz West Hollywood, 8401 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood; Sun., Sept. 11, 9:30 a.m.; $30 ($15 without the mimosa brunch). Sound Off Deep Flow Yoga
You’ll hear the DJ moving you through your vinyasa flow with deep house music on your own personal, wireless, glowing earphones while all else is silent at the Garland hotel’s Beverly Park garden, replete with flowing fountain, lawn and sycamores. Bender Rooftop Yoga Party
That name. Get it? L.A.’s limberest benders can go on a bender (within reason) at a pool party at the Standard. You’ll be at the DTLA rooftop on a Sunday, frequent destination for sloshed hipsters who like to drink at a pool and scope out anyone they might’ve accidentally swiped left. Doors open at 10 a.m. The 70-minute vinyasa class begins at 10:30. Then hang out for the pool party and the DJ. Drinks are not included in the $25 admission, but it does buy you a day on the roof after class. Bring your own mat and water. The Standard Hotel DTLA, 550 S. Flower St., downtown; Sat., Sept. 17, 10:30 a.m.; $25. (213) 892-8080, eventbrite.com/e/bender-yoga-pool-party-at-the-standard-dtla-registration-26136529062?aff=erelexpmlt.
