38-Year-Old Driver Pronounced Dead after Single-Car Accident near Roeser Road

PHOENIX, AZ (May 13, 2024)Terrell Guerra died early Friday night, in a rollover crash on 23rd Avenue and Roeser Road. The incident occurred at approximately 4:50 p.m., on May 3rd. Investigators report that Guerra was driving at high speed in the vicinity when the vehicle collided with a curb, causing it to overturn. This resulted in two passengers being ejected onto the roadway. Despite attempts to save his life, Guerra, aged 38, was pronounced dead at the scene. One of the passengers was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment of severe injuries. Furthermore, a third individual who was in the vehicle fled the scene and remains at large. Authorities have not disclosed any additional information at this point, and the incident is currently under investigation. Further details will be released when they become available.
