Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Two Vehicles near Hilltop Drive

RICHMOND, CA (November 23, 2021) – A pedestrian crash on Hilltop Drive involving two vehicles claimed the life of a woman early Wednesday.

The fatal incident occurred around 2:20 a.m. in the area of Hilltop Drive and Moyers Drive, authorities said.

In addition, the responding officers located the pedestrian at the westbound direction of Hilltop Drive.

Unfortunately, the female victim succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

Her identity remains unavailable, pending notification from her next of kin.

Later on, the investigators determined that the initial vehicle struck the woman and fled the scene without reporting the incident.

Meanwhile, the second vehicle ran over the woman lying on the road.

However, the second driver reported the collision and remained at the scene to cooperate with the investigation.

At this time, the authorities are searching for the vehicle that fled the scene.
