NADC Burger has reopened in Westwood, marking the brand’s first Los Angeles location. Short for “Not a Damn Chance,” the viral burger concept from professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Scratch Restaurants Group is once again serving its signature menu at 1091 Broxton Ave. from 11:30 a.m. to midnight daily.
The concept remains unchanged, a tightly focused, two-item menu built around a 100% Wagyu burger and beef tallow fries. Each burger begins with two three-ounce patties made from a 70/30 Wagyu blend and topped with chopped raw onions that steam into the meat as it cooks. It is finished with New School Cheese, a chef-driven take on classic American cheese. The burger is served on a toasted Martin’s Potato Roll with NADC’s secret sauce, pickles, and pickled jalapeños.
