Well, this should raise your spirits. Swiss researchers using mice as subjects believe there could be a possible positive link between weed and better erections.

… this is Swiss research, from a school called Ecole Polytechnique, with decidedly unsure conclusions.
But hey, guys, find inspiration where you can.
Here's the deal. The Swiss study, published recently in the peer-reviewed journal Clinical and Developmental Immunology, concludes in a summary that marijuana cannabinoids …
… decreased histological features, which were associated with erectile dysfunction in hypercholesterolemic mice.

Hypercholesterolemia, researchers say, is a “risk factor” in erectile dysfunction, which is mostly about lack of blood flow in key regions; cannabinoids might be able to negate the issue, they suggest.
Which explains why the perv down the street is such a stoner.
In conclusion, however, the scientists say they're just not sure:
These data suggest a potential peripheral mechanism for cannabis-related modulations of sexual function; however, the role of the cannabinoid system on erectile function is still unclear.
