See our update about the consequences (or lack thereof) these two could face, here.

The mile high club was taken to a new high recently when a couple north of L.A. had sex while skydiving and apparently videotaped it.

The cops in Taft, California were investigating the stunt, reportedly conducted to get the attention of radio shock-jock Howard Stern, and the FAA was aware of it.

But otherwise the mid-air sex of skydive instructor and sometime porn performer Alex Torres and skydive school receptionist Hope Howell concluded with …

… a happy ending.

The duo gets it on to Katy Perry's “E.T.”

The raw video, posted to Torres' blog but later taken down, went viral, so much so that a teenage boy spread it online to his friends, according to KGET TV in Bakersfield.

The imagery ended up being a hit at a Taft high school, reportedly angering some parents. And that got the attention of police in town, but so far no charges have been pursued.

Likewise, the FAA doesn't appear to be going after the pair, noting that there's no law against midair fornication, although it is against the rules to “cause the pilot to be jostled could constitute a violation of federal aviation regulations.”

Torres was apparently jostled good, but only after he jumped.

Torres was fired from his gig as a skydive instructor as a result of the prank. But he can still fall back on his acting work.

[Added]: This appears to be the very NSFW, very 18+, very uncensored video, here.
