This three-day blowout features nine events spread out across three locations. Look for Roy Choi, Giada De Laurentiis, Susan Feniger, Scott Conant, Julian Cox, Celestino Drago, Ray Garcia, Ludo Lefebvre, Aida Mollenkamp, The question is: Who isn't showing up at this event?

White Trash Wine Tasting

After five years, this is CWC's most popular event and features pairings like corn nuts with Lucien Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace and tuna/pecan/cream cheese/pimento balls with Vina Clavidor Verdejo.

Where: Colorado Wine Company

When: 4-6 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m., Sep. 3

Ramen Speed Eating Contest

Split into two divisions, spicy and regular, this contest will determine who's truly the fastest ramen eater. The 1st place winner in each division gets free ramen for a year, while the 2nd and 3rd place finishers get free ramen for six months.

When: 5-9 p.m., Sep. 4

Cost: $12 fee for each contest entrant

D.I.Y. Festival

Vegan food + noisy bands + crafts + record distro + zines.

Where: The Smell

When: 8 p.m.

Cost: $5

Backyard Boogie

This Labor Day Sunday, Beer Belly teams up with The Park's Finest for a backyard barbecue with pork ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, chicken wings and pan de sal. It's also a fundraiser to help the aspiring restaurateurs behind TPF launch their first storefront.
