Brandon Boudet's 5th Annual Crawfish Boil
Chef Brandon Boudet is from New Orleans, and every year for the past five years he has celebrated this happy fact by hosting a crawfish boil at Dominick's. Lucky us. Not only will there be plenty of crawfish, by the pound, but Boudet will be serving grilled alligator meatballs, roast beef and softshell crab po' boys, and boiled artichokes with Creole remoulade. If you can't get there for the first Saturday, he's been thoughtful enough to do this again the following Saturday. Drinks too, of course, including Bloody Marys, pecan bourbon Old Fashioneds, and PBRs and New Orleans Abita Amber in cans. Sno balls too!
