Christiaan Rollich, the man behind the bar programs at all of Suzanne Goin's restaurants, has been hard at work over the past month creating new cocktails for TavernA.O.C. and Lucques. Tonight (Monday, Feb. 17), he's showcasing some of those drinks, along with bar bites from Goin. 

At 7 p.m. at Tavern, Rollich and Goin will present four small cocktails, drawing from the new cocktail lists (plus one drink made especially for this evening), along with four bar bites. 

]Rollich has been impressing us recently with his incredibly inventive drinks, which he generally makes using house-made tinctures and syrups. The drinks being served this evening are:

Pablo's Bottle (made specially for tonight)
Vodka infused with rosemary, suze, cassia bark, Carpano Antica and sassafras.

The White Bull (Tavern)
Death's Door gin with sage, Cocchi Americano, hefeweizen

Holland Gin Rebel (A.O.C.)
Bols genever with blood orange, lemon, sweet wood tincture, Peychaud bitters and egg white

The Tenderfoot (A.O.C.)
Laird's apple jack with ginger, orgeat, egg and chartreuse
