UFC legend Tito Ortiz, who has publicly criticized the estranged mother of his children, ex-porn star Jenna Jameson, for alleged chemical-abuse issues, might have a substance problem of his own.

And after the mixed martial artist was arrested this morning on suspicion of DUI, Jameson was quick to use Twitter to proclaim, “I knew karma would get him!”

Really:

Ortiz was booked on suspicion of drunk driving at 4:37 a.m. and held in lieu of $15,000 bail, according to L.A. County Sheriff's Department booking data. He was released at 8:13 a.m.

California Highway Patrol officers were alerted to a solo-car collision on the northbound 405 just south of Santa Monica Boulevard in West Los Angeles about 3:50 a.m., Officer Ricardo Quintero told us.

A car “lost control and struck the concrete center median,” he said.

Responding cops found Ortiz and two passengers inside the fighter's parked 2012 Porsche Panamera on Sepulveda Boulevard south of Santa Monica Boulevard, Quintero said.

The car had “some moderate right front and right rear damage, but no one was injured as a result of the crash,” he said.

It appeared CHP officers conducted a field sobriety test and “determined he was under the influence of alcohol,” Quintero said.

Ortiz was booked at the LAPD's 77th Street Division, where a blood test was conducted, the CHP official said. The results of the test are unknown.

How cops got from a freeway crash call to a parked car on a nearby surface street, Sepulveda Boulevard, is unknown, Quintero said, but it was possible one of the occupants of the Porsche had dialed 911.

Sunday night Ortiz boasted that he was attending a BCS college football party at the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills.

He even posted a few videos that appear to be from said party, here and here.

Jameson was convicted after her own DUI arrest in May of 2012.

Ortiz was reportedly granted custody of the duo's twin boys, now 4-years-old, but Jameson has been trying to win them back.

Some of the battle has played out on Twitter, with Jameson also accusing Ortiz of using drugs.

Ortiz is due in downtown L.A. Superior Court on the DUI case Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m.
