The Beverly Hilton’s Easter Extravaganza Jazz Brunch hosted at the rooftop restaurant, CIRCA 55 with views of the skyline and Hollywood Hills on Sunday, April 20 will include entreés like braised leg of lamb with rosemary and thyme, apricot glazed spiral cut ham with fruit chutney, and roasted butternut squash ravioli with lemon and spring peas.
