Through the podcast, Beckerman aims to help people heal on a deeply visceral level, supporting those who are struggling with things they simply don’t say out loud. “My life experiences have enabled me to understand how I can help people in shifting their perspective,” Beckerman states. “I always wanted to be able to use the insights that life gave me to help people connect with their intuition. That’s been my life’s purpose.”
In these 30-minute episodes, Beckerman either talks directly with viewers or converses with guests to explore their expertise and insights. This mixed approach allows for the sharing of their lived experiences while guiding listeners through a series of emotional topics. Beckerman has used her platform to speak with functional medicine doctors, somatic healing authors, spiritual teachers, relationship coaches, as well as founders and other professional intuitive individuals.
“I want my listeners to come, learn from the best of the best, and have an instant takeaway,” Beckerman states. “I want them to feel a shift within their mindset and, at the same time, enjoy the conversations too.”

Beckerman’s vision of creating a podcast emerged from her desire to provide people with the empathy and guidance that she sought growing up. Despite depicting a perfect life, Beckerman struggled with several things behind the curtains, including unaddressed traumas, which manifested as severe anxiety, mood swings, frustration, physical ailments, and overall dissatisfaction with life.
Her traumas and emotional struggles dragged her down at every phase of her life. At her lowest, Beckerman faced an internal conflict. “I was told that hurt people hurt people, but that’s not the direction I wanted to go in,” she says. Determined to confront these underlying traumas and issues, Beckerman embarked on a soul-searching journey that went beyond simple healing techniques. She researched extensively about all the different healing modalities she could adopt to heal emotionally, mentally, and physically, determined not to let her negative life experiences define her identity.
Her path to healing led her to the belief that the way to heal wasn’t to look for support outward but inward. “I’ve come to embrace myself. I learned how to trust myself, listen to my intuition, accept my authenticity, and stop being the biggest critic of myself,” Beckerman states. “Ultimately, all of these things are what actually healed the things that manifested in my toxic and unhealthy patterns.”
These insights became the pillar of her podcast. She learned that every person experiences different struggles, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to heal them. Every person has their own coping mechanisms that differ from each other. However, they’re not looking for healers but the tools they need to help them heal, and that’s what she aims to provide through her podcast.
“I guided myself through the vastness of the global wellness industry to find the most effective tools, and now, through my podcast, I’m able to take my viewers right to the root,” Beckerman explains. “But the only person who can bring real change is themselves.”
With The Doctor Is In, every episode offers a different modality and solution that people can connect with because Beckerman believes that the more modalities she can showcase, the more likely it is that someone will find the approach that speaks to them.
At its core, The Doctor Is In is about authenticity. It’s Stefani Beckerman showing up as her most honest self, having real conversations with people who are equally grounded in truth. Beckerman’s goal with her podcast is to make a resonating impact on her listeners. And as she continues to make more episodes, Beckerman is eager to spread her reflections through invigorating conversations that are equal parts insightful and soul-stirring.
“I’ve always known that I was meant to break away from all the anchors that were pulling me down, and once I did, it became my life’s purpose to help other people get there faster,” Beckerman states. “With The Doctor Is In, I’m bringing that vision to reality.”
