The Best Costumes We Spotted at West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval

For the 28th year in a row, the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval brought elaborately costumed revelers from every corner of L.A. and beyond to share in the excitement. Being one of the world's largest holiday street parties, it plays host to hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.

Costumes spotted in the crowd included the Bride of Frankenstein, a trio of Smurfettes, Ninja Turtles reporter April O'Neil, people who perished on the Titanic, Prince, Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, and Rocky Balboa (replete with sides of beef to punch). You can never say Angelenos aren't creative.
