Steve Riley: Like so many other people it is hard to pick one favorite album. But if I had to, I would say Led Zeppelin 1. Their debut album. This album changed everything for me.

The material, the band’s playing, and the production. It is them taking everything from the ’60s and taking it up a notch. The blues covers were amazing, and the original material was off the charts.

I know they had bigger and more successful albums, but this is the template for so many bands to come after them. And lets not forget the drumming on this album. John Bonham did stuff that no other drummer had done and it was such an inspiration to me and how I approached playing drums.

I saw them in concert supporting this album and their second one and it is still the best show I have ever seen. Led Zeppelin 1 is my favorite album of all time!
