This early influence propelled him to train at the prestigious Royal Ballet School and the English National Ballet School in London, where he refined his classical technique.
Seeking new horizons, Di Meo transitioned to the commercial dance industry, graduating from Los Angeles’ Millennium Dance Complex. Mentored by choreographers like Jojo Gomez and Tricia Miranda, he fused classical rigor with urban movements, a hallmark of his distinctive style. His work with renowned artists, such as Tiziano Ferro, and TV shows, and his participation for Venice’s Ballo del Doge, established him as a visionary capable of bridging diverse artistic traditions.

Dinner shows have gained prominence as a post-pandemic solution, blending safety with entertainment. “Dinner shows are more than performances. They are ways to bring people together,” Di Meo observes. His productions are crafted to complement fine dining, creating an experience that blends culinary artistry with theatrical sophistication.
Sebastiano believes that after the COVID pandemic, dinner shows, which are an integral part of the hospitality world, have become the spotlight for the future of entertainment. ‘I remember that during the pandemic, having people seated without the ability to stand and dance, but still being able to engage through acts and movements created within Venues in Dubai, certainly helped people maintain physical distance while being surrounded by performances that allowed them to enjoy their time at the restaurant.”
His perspective on art, however, opens the doors to everyone. It allows a person during their dinner to be immersed in performances and moments of choreography activation that bring the world of art closer, which is often perceived as distant or not part of an ordinary experience.
