If we told you that Ron Jeremy, 59, would be spending a lot of time in bed this month, you probably wouldn't be surprised.

The prolific porn star nicknamed “The Hedgehog” has yet to retire. But it won't be the good time of bed enjoying Jeremy's presence.

His recent hospitalization for a reported aneurysm near his heart will include an extended stay:

His agent tells Associated Press that he'll be in the hospital “for some time.”

The agent, Mike Esterman, says Jeremy had a procedure after he drove himself to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center near Beverly Hills last Wednesday when he felt pressure on his chest.

Jeremy is not to receive visitors, he said.

Besides appearing in more than 2,000 adult titles and even on reality television (The Surreal Life), Jeremy rallied behind the industry as it fought unsuccessfully against a ballot measure in November that now requires condoms for porn shoots in most parts of L.A. county.
