24-Year-Old Man Arrested after Fatal DUI Collision near Holly Drive

TRACY, CA (April 29, 2024)Reva Moses and Torrance Randle Jr. were killed in a DUI collision on Laguna and Holly Drive, Early Sunday.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m., on April 21st.

As per the Tracy Police Department, an incident occurred involving a gray Dodge Charger and a parked Chevy pickup-truck. The Dodge was driven by Iman Gullatt, accompanied by passengers Moses, Randle Jr., and a 15-year-old boy.

Reports indicate that Gullatt collided with the parked Chevy, prompting witnesses to assist the victims in exiting the vehicle. Although, Moses succumbed to her severe injuries at the scene.

Randle Jr., aged 18, was transported to a nearby hospital where he later passed away. The teenage boy sustained serious injuries and was also hospitalized for treatment.

Following preliminary procedures, authorities detained 24-year-old Gullatt, noting signs of intoxication. He was subsequently arrested on charges related to driving under the influence (DUI).
