What have KISS been up to?
“The End of the Road World Tour” has been a continuous final tour for KISS, announced in September 2018 following the band performing on America’s Got Talent, with its first dates in January 2019. The final concert of the tour was originally planned for July 17th, 2021, but those plans were upended by the pandemic.
Now with the shutdowns and mandates out of the way, Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and crew are bringing their tour to a close — and possibly shutting the door on ever playing again after their last two shows at the Garden, according to them, just steps from where the band started: “KISS was born in New York City. On 23rd Street. Half a century ago. It will be a privilege and honor to finish touring at Madison Square Garden, 10 blocks and 50 years from where we first started,” said Kiss, reports Rolling Stone.
